Refund policy
You may return all on-line store items within 24 hours of the delivery of the shipment. Prior to returning items, you must obtain a return authorization number from CPIXpress. Returned items must be unused and resalable and in original packaging. If your return meets these conditions, CPIXpress will issue a credit for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee, PayPal transaction fees and shipping charges paid by CPIXpress. You may be responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
