Orders/Cancellations
CPIXpress typically maintains an inventory of all standard (non-customized) products offered on its online store. CPIXpress generally processes and ships these items with 24-48 hours of you placing the order. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so prior to shipment and CPIXpress will process a credit for the purchase price less the PayPal order processing fee.
Returns
You may return all online store items within 24 hours of the delivery of the shipment. Prior to returning items, you must obtain a return authorization number from CPIXpress. Returned items must be unused and resalable and in original packaging. If your return meets these conditions, CPIXpress will issue a credit for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee, PayPal transaction fees and shipping charges paid by CPIXpress. You may be responsible for shipping costs to return the product.

APPLICABLE LAW AND GENERAL TERMS
Minnesota law shall govern these terms. The failure to use or assert any right set forth in these terms is not a waiver of any right. These terms are the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter covered in these terms. Therefore, they supersede all prior agreements or statements relating to such subject matter. CPIXpress may amend these terms by publication on our website.
